From the city of Al Ain, her love for coffee began at an early age, and considered it a symbol of Emirati hospitality. From her love of coffee, she created a corner specialized in Gahwa Making, which includes all the utensils and tools used in for making Gahwa.

From Nepal, he was born and raised in a coffee farms area in the mountains of Nepal. He loves coffee and the diversity of its cultures. Roasting is also his hobby and main job.

Afra Al Khyali is a founding member of the ‘Zaman Lawal Heritage Village’ at Telal Resort Al Ain in Al Ain and has been a supervisor of its cultural activities for eight years. She won three silver medals in the Dubai World Hospitality Championship.
